This is concept art of Davros in an upcoming comic, which is currently in production. Davros' occupation in the story will be as emperor for the Imperial Dalek faction continuing on from Remembrance of the Daleks which saw Imperial Daleks waging war against Renegade Daleks, who's emperor was the one seen in the series 1 episode The Parting of the Ways. oh and i meant by the tradition, it means some form of basic base.
